What's covered?
Accepted purchases through supported AuctionHouse checkout methods are eligible across accounts, items, currency and boosting, including accepted boost offers and purchases partly or fully funded with AuctionHouse Balance. Historical purchases paid entirely with Balance keep their coverage.
You may explicitly apply mature, available Balance to the full goods price with no external payment or processing fee. A partial Balance contribution must leave at least the configured minimum goods amount payable by card or crypto before fees. The current minimum is shown in checkout. Balance pays for goods only and cannot pay fees. Processing fees apply only to externally funded goods.
Seller-caused problems
Evidence-supported seller problems may qualify for a remedy: non-delivery, material differences from the description, wrong server or league, unusable credentials and missing quantity. Where practical and acceptable to you, the seller may correct the problem. You do not have to keep waiting where correction is impossible or seller misconduct is established.
What's excluded?
Private off-platform payments and established buyer-caused problems are excluded. A publisher ban, suspension or rollback qualifies only when evidence shows seller misconduct caused the loss; general publisher enforcement risk and a ban alone do not establish seller fault.
Partially completed boosting
The unfinished portion may receive a proportional goods refund based on the agreed scope, price and evidence. Unusable work or seller misconduct defeating the service's purpose may justify a full goods refund.
When should I report a problem?
The default review period is 72 hours (three calendar days): from delivery for manual orders, or payment acceptance for instant orders. Follow the exact deadline shown on your order. Either eligible party may open an ordinary dispute before that deadline or earlier order completion. A paid manual order awaiting delivery remains disputable before its review period starts.
Seller earnings become available seven calendar days after completion, subject to applicable checks. Withdrawal approval and payment processing are separate; completion does not automatically send a payout.
Problems discovered after completion
Submit hidden seller-caused problems through Contact Support within 30 calendar days after completion. This is a submission deadline; investigation may take longer. A timely claim remains timely if staff review finishes later. Other eligible late problems may receive a full or partial remedy, subject to the account-reclamation exception below.
Support does not automatically reopen a dispute, undo completion, freeze earnings or extend the seven-day earnings hold. Later suspected fraud can still be reported for individual review; reporting does not guarantee a refund.
Seller reclamation after completion
If staff establish that the seller reclaimed a sold account after completion, the seller is permanently suspended. AuctionHouse does not issue a commercial refund for that claim, including when the seller has already withdrawn. A report or loss of access alone does not establish seller reclamation. Reclamation before completion remains subject to ordinary dispute coverage.
How refunds work
Approved AuctionHouse refunds credit your personal AuctionHouse Balance. New refund credit becomes available immediately when credited, for spending or an eligible supported bank or crypto withdrawal. It has no withdrawal request deadline or expiry while your account remains open; normal withdrawal checks and disclosed fees still apply. Balance credit does not mean money has reached a bank account or crypto wallet.
Ordinary refunds cover the approved goods value; the original buyer fee remains non-refundable. Separately reviewed full-charge exceptions retain their approved amount. AuctionHouse honours an approved refund independently of successful seller recovery. Ordinary compensation excludes lost game progress, unrelated assets, expected profits and consequential losses.
Applicable statutory rights and bank or payment-provider remedies remain unaffected by these commercial limits, including the post-completion reclamation exception. The obligation to release or return a payment held for an order remains separate.
