1.Before you sell
AuctionHouse is operated by Auctionhouse, MB (company code 308097132). These Seller Rules apply alongside our Terms of Service and take effect on publication, 21 October 2026.
Selling requires an AuctionHouse-approved Shop, including when you work alone. Apply through the Shop page. Selling becomes available once AuctionHouse approves your application, and approved Shops display the Verified Shop badge. Completing a seller-details form does not approve a Shop.
Keep your seller details accurate and up to date, including whether you sell privately or professionally. Shop approval, seller declarations and payment-provider verification are separate checks. Shop approval does not guarantee permanent account ownership, publisher acceptance or successful delivery of every order.
2.Describe what you sell
You are responsible for what you sell and how you fulfil orders. Describe exactly what the buyer will receive and keep your listing accurate.
- Use the correct game and category. State the applicable server, region or league and relevant account, item, currency or service specifications.
- Offer only available stock and state the quantity, price, delivery method and expected delivery time accurately.
- For boosting, describe the agreed milestones, scope and access method. Do not advertise boosting as instant delivery.
- Do not make misleading claims about ownership, transfer, recovery or delivery, or fabricate delivery evidence.
AuctionHouse does not routinely verify account acquisition history or inventory provenance. We investigate reported problems using the available evidence and may act when seller misconduct is established.
3.Listing approval
Shop approval permits selling; listing approval decides whether an individual listing can go live. New listings are reviewed unless the Shop qualifies for automatic publication through its own completed sales and distinct buyers. This publication history is separate from fee discounts and does not replace Shop approval.
We may require your listings to be reviewed before publication, republication, resumption, or changes to live listing content. This requirement may apply even if your sales history would otherwise allow automatic publication.
Staff may enable or clear required listing approval for a Shop with a recorded reason. Enabling it does not itself remove existing live listings. Clearing it does not approve listings already waiting for review. A report alone does not automatically impose the requirement.
4.Deliver the agreed order
Check that payment has been accepted on the AuctionHouse order page before delivering. Deliver the agreed goods, quantity or service scope using the stated method and delivery time. Use order messages to clarify arrangements or report a problem. Mark a manual order Delivered only after you have fulfilled the agreed scope.
Instant delivery reveals the agreed content after accepted payment; it does not itself complete the order. Boosting must use a delivery method that allows the work to be performed before it is marked Delivered.
You can mark an order Delivered without uploading evidence. We recommend keeping relevant delivery evidence for your own protection in a dispute and supplying it if requested. There is no mandatory seller retention period or recording requirement. Redact irrelevant personal information and exclude passwords, recovery codes and complete payment credentials from submitted evidence.
5.Accounts and credential safety
Supply usable access matching the agreed account specifications through the agreed delivery method. Keep login details and recovery information confidential; do not include them in public listings or dispute evidence. Do not sell stolen or hacked accounts or stolen credentials, or reclaim, reverse or invalidate an account after selling it.
Report account recovery or transfer problems through the order dispute or Support process. Neither screenshots nor a Shop approval establishes irreversible ownership or immunity from publisher action.
6.Boosting access
Disclose the agreed access method. Obtain the buyer's authorization before accessing their account or changing the agreed arrangements. Access must stay within the agreed scope. You must not give other people access to the buyer's account, change account security settings without permission, use harmful software, or misuse the buyer's account or assets.
7.Payments and prohibited conduct
Keep payments within supported AuctionHouse checkout. Do not request private payment, bypass checkout or provide fraudulent payment links. An off-platform payment is outside AuctionHouse commercial Buyer Protection.
- Do not sell fraudulently obtained inventory, including goods bought with stolen payment information or obtained through cheating or unauthorized software.
- Do not list fake goods, unavailable stock, malware or tools designed to steal credentials or compromise accounts or services.
- Do not trade illegal goods, personal data or payment instruments, or infringe third-party rights.
- Do not impersonate others, harass or threaten users, manipulate feedback or evade moderation through another account.
8.Shop and team responsibility
Shop owners remain responsible for listings, fulfilment and messages under their Shop. Give members only the permissions they need and use their own AuctionHouse accounts. Working for a Shop does not grant independent personal selling access or permission to share a boosting buyer’s account with another person.
Cancelling a paid order requires the Cancel paid orders permission and a clear reason shown to the buyer. Only a paid order that is still awaiting delivery can use that seller-cancellation flow; delivered or completed problems use disputes or Support. Cancellation and any approved refund follow the existing order and refund rules.
9.Fees
Seller commission and any applicable discount depend on the configured category, game and fee conditions. Review the applicable fee and order figures before proceeding. Publication eligibility and lifetime reputation do not by themselves determine a fee discount. Withdrawal fees are disclosed separately before confirmation.
Payment-processing fees apply only to newly externally funded goods after deducting AuctionHouse Balance. Buyers may explicitly apply mature, available Balance to the full goods price with no external payment or processing fee. A partial Balance contribution must leave at least the configured minimum goods amount payable by card or crypto before fees. The current minimum is shown in checkout. Balance pays for goods only and cannot pay fees. Historical recorded funding and fees remain unchanged. Seller commission, buyer fees and withdrawal costs are separate amounts.
10.Completion, earnings and withdrawals
The default buyer review period is 72 hours (three calendar days). It starts when a manual order is marked Delivered or an instant order’s payment is accepted. The order displays its assigned deadline. Buyer confirmation or expiry of that deadline can complete the order; a dispute may instead require a staff decision.
Seller and worker earnings become available seven calendar days after order completion, subject to applicable verification, disputes, refunds, account and payment restrictions. This is a separate clock from buyer review. Previously assigned deadlines and released funds are preserved.
Availability does not send a payout. Sellers request withdrawals in AuctionHouse; staff approval and dispatch or provider processing are separate. Incomplete or suspended seller declarations block withdrawals. Bank withdrawals also require payment-provider verification and a linked bank account. Marketplace Shop approval does not replace those checks.
Eligible crypto requests have a five-working-day dispatch target, excluding weekends and Lithuanian public holidays. Review the gross amount, fee and EUR net before confirmation. Cryptocurrency quantity uses the recorded conversion quote at dispatch; sent does not mean the exchange or blockchain has completed crediting. Destination and confirmation requirements are in the Terms.
11.Problems, refunds and payment disputes
Either eligible order party may open a normal marketplace dispute before the displayed automatic-completion deadline or earlier order completion. A paid manual order awaiting delivery remains disputable before its review period starts. Hidden seller-caused problems, including account recovery, can be submitted through Support within 30 calendar days after completion. This is a submission window; timely claims may be reviewed later. It does not reopen the ordinary dispute, undo completion, freeze earnings or extend the seven-day earnings hold.
Staff review the available evidence. Seller-caused non-delivery, material misdescription, wrong server or league, unusable credentials, missing quantity or account reclamation before completion may justify a remedy. Where practical and acceptable to the buyer, you may correct a problem; the buyer is not required to continue waiting where correction is impossible or seller misconduct is established. For unfinished boosting, an approved refund concerns the unfinished agreed scope; unusable work or misconduct defeating the service may justify a full goods refund.
Proven seller reclamation of a sold account after completion results in permanent suspension. AuctionHouse does not issue a commercial refund for that claim, including when the seller has already withdrawn. A report or loss of access alone does not establish reclamation. Other eligible late problems retain the shared coverage and refund rules; applicable statutory and bank or payment-provider remedies remain separate.
Approved AuctionHouse refunds credit the buyer’s personal AH Balance first. New buyer refund credit is available immediately when credited, for spending or an eligible supported bank or crypto withdrawal. Ordinary refunds cover approved goods value and retain the original buyer fee; separately reviewed full-charge exceptions retain their approved amount. Normal withdrawal checks and disclosed fees apply, with no extra refund-specific platform fee. Credit, approval and a recorded send do not establish external receipt. Applicable statutory remedies remain separate.
A marketplace dispute and a bank or provider chargeback are different processes. A chargeback alone does not establish seller fault. After a verified lost provider case, an administrator reviews fulfilment and compliance evidence. Under the applicable Seller Protection rules, AuctionHouse bears the principal loss for a seller who fulfilled correctly and complied with platform requirements. Recovery requires an evidence-supported responsibility finding and remains subject to the relevant transaction and recipient caps, accounting for prior recovery. Missing an upload or reply alone does not remove Seller Protection. Provider dispute fees remain AuctionHouse’s responsibility by default; this does not authorise a debit from your bank account.
A verified formal chargeback restricts the buyer associated with that purchase to login and Support, with their own Shops restricted from trading and withdrawals. The counterparty seller retains marketplace access and unrelated funds; only the disputed sale’s unpaid proceeds are held during review. Buyer access requires explicit administrator restoration after case review. Recipient recovery may continue separately and does not itself prevent restoration.
Publisher action alone does not establish seller fault; commercial coverage requires evidence that seller misconduct caused the loss. General trading or boosting risk is excluded. An approved buyer remedy is not reduced because the seller has withdrawn earnings or recovery is difficult.
12.Moderation and review
Depending on severity, repetition, and continuing risk, we may request corrections, issue warnings, remove listings, restrict selling, or suspend or terminate accounts. Serious misconduct may justify immediate action without a prior warning. We may pause affected listings while reviewing a report; a pause does not by itself establish misconduct.
If a moderator rejects, pauses or removes your listing, you can ask for the decision to be reviewed with Ask for a review on the listing or in the decision notice, within six months of the decision, explaining why you disagree. You can ask once per decision. A moderator or higher role will review it and explain the outcome; a reversed decision puts the listing back on sale only if it is unchanged since the decision and meets the ordinary listing requirements. For anything else, contact Support with the decision reference.
Staff dispute decisions are final. If you believe a factual or procedural mistake occurred, or have new relevant evidence, contact Support with the order or decision reference. Exceptional mistakes are handled through existing authorised actions; administrators approve any exceptional financial-responsibility change. A Support message alone does not change money or seller statistics. Parties and related shop/team staff, including administrators, must not adjudicate their own case.
Staff state a case-specific reply deadline when requesting evidence. They may decide earlier when relevant facts are established or both parties have finished responding; otherwise they respect the deadline. After it passes, staff may decide from available evidence. Silence alone does not establish fault. Provider evidence deadlines remain separate. Critical decision and evidence-deadline notices appear in-app even with ordinary order notifications disabled; dispute emails follow preferences and exclude the other party’s private evidence.
Estimated initial response: 24 hours. Investigation and review may take longer. Suspected fraud can still be reported after completion or the commercial claim window; reporting does not guarantee a refund.
