Real support only talks to you in the AuctionHouse Support chat pinned at the top of your Messages, marked with a verified badge, or by email when you wrote to us without an account.

We never message you first on Discord or anywhere else, never ask for your password, and never ask you to pay outside checkout. Anyone who does is not us — report them, and don’t send them anything.
