A chargeback with your bank is a separate process from an AuctionHouse dispute — open the dispute first.
A marketplace dispute and a bank or provider chargeback are different processes. Opening a dispute on the order is usually the fastest way to a decision.
A verified formal chargeback restricts the buyer’s account to sign-in and Support until an administrator restores it after review. Your statutory and bank rights are not affected.
