How refunds work
Approved refunds credit your AuctionHouse Balance straight away, ready to spend or withdraw.
Approved AuctionHouse refunds credit your personal AuctionHouse Balance. The credit is available immediately for spending or an eligible bank or crypto withdrawal, and it does not expire while your account is open.
Ordinary refunds cover the approved goods value; the original buyer fee is not refunded. Balance credit does not mean money has reached a bank account or crypto wallet yet.
