Confirming your order
Confirm once you have checked everything. If you do nothing, the order may complete automatically at the deadline.
Check that the delivered goods or service match what you agreed, then confirm on the order page. Confirming completes the order and starts the seller’s earnings hold.
If something is wrong, do not confirm — open a dispute instead. If you neither confirm nor dispute before the deadline, the order may be completed automatically.
