Can I cancel an order?
An unpaid order can be called off by either side. Once paid, ask the seller, or open a dispute if they do not deliver.
Before payment, either side may cancel the order from the order page.
Once paid and still awaiting delivery, the seller can cancel with a reason shown to you, and the payment is returned under the refund rules. Ask them in the order chat.
Delivered or completed problems use a dispute or Contact Support instead of a cancellation.
