How the 72-hour review window works
You have 72 hours by default to check an order and report a problem. Your order page shows the exact deadline.
The default review period is 72 hours (three calendar days). It starts when the seller marks a manual order Delivered, or when payment is accepted for an instant order.
Follow the exact deadline shown on your order. Either side may open an ordinary dispute before that deadline or earlier order completion. A paid manual order awaiting delivery remains disputable before its review period starts.
If you neither confirm nor open a dispute before the deadline, the order may complete automatically.
