Accepted purchases through supported AuctionHouse checkout methods are eligible across accounts, items, currency and boosting, including accepted boost offers and purchases paid partly or fully with AuctionHouse Balance.

Seller-caused problems that may qualify

• The order was never delivered.
• What arrived is materially different from the description.
• Wrong server or league.
• Credentials that do not work.
• Missing quantity.

Where practical and acceptable to you, the seller may correct the problem. You do not have to keep waiting where correction is impossible or seller misconduct is established.
